New Yorkers finally did it! Hurricane Sandy literally put sand in our bags last year, halting the 4-decade long tradition of the Halloween Parade that brings out the young and old dressed up in their favorite fantasies. The organizer set off the event with a kickstarter campaign to help raise public funds for the event. After gathering $55,000 in the bank, bagging TV personality Kelly Ripa as the Grand Marshall, the event was a go! And here are the evidence! I had a blast. The pictures below says it all.
